Know Before You Go

Getting Here

  • All campers must enter the grounds off Ripple Ave. from the west via Clay Rd.

  • Customers with a VIP Parking pass must enter off Ripple Ave., but can access Ripple from the east (off Washburn St.) or from the west. 

  • Anyone utilizing Rideshare options (Uber, Lyft, cab) or getting dropped off by a friend must enter off Ripple Ave as well.

  • Anyone with GA Parking and those who still need to purchase parking should enter the Main Entrance off Washburn St. Credit/debit cards only for parking payment.

  • Search dogs are present all all entry and exit points.

​

  • Gates open at 1:00 pm each day for the concert bowl. Camping check-in is 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Camping curfew begins at 10:00 PM. You may leave the campground, but you will not be allowed back in.

Tickets/Wristbands

  • Where do I get my wristband?  Every person entering the XRoads41 grounds will need to redeem their ticket for a concert wristband.  All three customer entrances (Campground, Main Entrance, VIP Entrance) have a box office location where you can redeem your ticket for a wristband.

  • Register for RFID wristband to purchase food, merch, & more with a tap of your wrist! This is a Cashless Event – Festival merchants and vendors do not accept cash. You can use credit card, link a credit card to your RFID wristband, or load cash onto your wristband at the four cashless help stations located at XRoads41.

Important Policies

  • Bag Policy: Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x9” in concert bowl. Belt bags and fanny packs smaller than 6" x 9" are allowed.

  • Water bottle policy – Each person may bring one plastic, empty water bottle into concert bowl. Free water filling stations on site. 

Enjoying Your Day

  • First 500 people through our gates each day receive a XRoads41 can koozie.

​

  • After Party with DJ Grant Fisher each night until 1:30 am in the Cowboy Town Beer Barn tent.

  • Download our Event App to get the most out of your XRoads Xperience! We will be offering exclusive prizes within the app throughout the weekend.

  • Purchase Parking in advance to save money and keep traffic moving on the day of the show! Parking prices increase at the gate to $50 for 3-Day or $20 for 1-Day in GA Parking or $100 for 3-Day or $40 for 1-Day in VIP Parking. Use this link.
